RULES, GUIDELINES, & FAQs
While you're staying with us at Echo Valley, we request that you take a moment to look over our rules and guidelines. For your convenience and the convenience of everyone else staying with us, we ask that you follow these guidelines to make everyone's time at Echo Valley as care-free and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, just give us a call at the office!
Q: When are you open?
A: We are open every day of the year and the office hours are from 10 AM - 7 PM.
Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
A: Check in time is 2 PM - 7 PM and check out time is 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a small fee.
Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?
A: Cancellation Policy: If notified 7 days prior to arrival, 80% refund, minus 20% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for holiday weekend cancellations or for early departures.
Q: When is your pool open?
A: The swimming pool is open every day of the season and is also FREE to all campers.
Q: Can I bring along a furry friend?
A: Pets are to be leashed, cleaned up after & under control at all times. We also require that you bring no more than two pets per site.
Q: Are campfires allowed and can I bring firewood?
A: Campfires are allowed, but bonfires are not. We do not allow guests to bring their own firewood, however, firewood is available for purchase at our store.
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM
Speed limit is 5 MPH inside campground.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
No bicycle riding after dark. All children 12 and under must wear helmets.
No use of firearms, fireworks, or ATV’s inside the camp.
In order to provide you with a pleasant stay, anyone creating a disturbance or ignoring campground rules will be asked to leave without refund.
